City planner Kate Lee told the council the application was vested to the code in effect when the application was complete on 11/04/2023 and that the proposed subdivision meets applicable requirements of the Shoreline Municipal Code. "This application was vested to the code in place when it was complete on 11/04/2023," Lee said during her presentation.
