Oakland Park awards roughly $3.4 million in park contracts; city approves lien-management vendor

Veterans Park improvements (ITB 082825-VET)
- Award: HD Construction Development and Investment Inc. - Base bid: $889,094.03; approved owner's contingency: 10%; total authorization not to exceed $978,003.43. - Scope (as described by staff): replace or rehabilitate the existing trail, replace lighting, repave an asphalt parking area and formalize ADA parking, and install a canoe/kayak launch. - Funding/grant: staff said the project has a Recreational Trails Program…
