Penn-Trafford board approves business manager hire, personnel actions and adds settlement to consent agenda

The Penn-Trafford School District Board of School Directors voted to add a settlement agreement to the consent agenda and approved several personnel actions, including hiring Rebecca Rodriguez as districtwide business manager at an annual salary of $120,000 (prorated).
