- Public‑Improvement District (PID) service-plan updates: Public Improvement District No. 2 (Lakeshore Harbor) and No. 4 (Fremont) service-and-assessment plan updates approved unanimously. Staff confirmed no assessment increases beyond previously approved flat annual installments and said staff will outreach to HOAs and upload property-search materials online.
- Civil-service implementation ordinance amendment (police department): adjusted the civil-service strength to reduce the sergeant radio system manager classification from two positions to one (temporary position from FY25 no longer needed); approved unanimously.
