Council members ask for clearer Pleasure Island project coordination after capital items appear in the CIP

Council members also asked for more information on the marina and RV sites identified in the capital plan; staff described marina-condition photos and noted potential revenue impacts from structural changes and dredging. Staff said some items were included at planning or design-level cost estimates and agreed to revise items shown as full construction dollars where only planning/design is appropriate.
