City staff told council they have prepared a revised allocation list for a planned $18 million certificate of obligation and said the document will be presented to the city manager and then to council for approval.
Staff said the proposed allocations fall under distribution criteria that include reconstruction of streets and sidewalks, renovation and equipping of city administrative buildings, and renovation/equipping of city parks and recreation facilities. The list is a working document; the last revision was made the morning of the workshop, staff said, and the item will be presented to council with departmental project-level information.
Council members asked for the revised breakdown and supporting documentation. Staff said the allocations are grouped by project rather than department and that final project lists and dollar amounts would be provided in a formal presentation.
