Town Clerk (online) led the oath. As recited in the meeting record, the oath included the phrases, "I, Alishka Garcia, having been duly appointed to the position of Town of Jackson planning commission/board of adjustment, do solemnly swear that I will support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Wyoming ... and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity." Garcia then signed the oath form.
Commissioners welcomed Garcia to the commission and the meeting proceeded with roll call and other business. The clerk and chair completed the oath and documentation during the meeting.
