The Town of Jackson Planning and Zoning Commission voted Aug. 20 to continue the Gregory Lane land development plan, agenda item P25-1211220, to the commission’s regular meeting on Oct. 15, 2025.
Commission members said the applicant has not finished utility drawings required as part of the town’s development and subdivision process; planning staff relayed that utilities must be shown or be able to be provided to the site before the plan can move forward. An applicant representative confirmed availability for the Oct. 15 meeting.
The continuation motion was moved and seconded and carried by voice vote. At the same meeting commissioners also approved the minutes from the Aug. 20 planning commission meeting; that motion was moved, seconded and passed by voice vote.
The commission’s staff noted that the Oct. 15 agenda will include the deferred development plan and several Land Development Regulations (LDR) text amendments (see related coverage). Planning staff said the applicant is completing utilities drawings that were not provided at the prior hearing and the current meeting.
