Customers should begin at www.paywaterbill.gptx.org, enter a new account number or use the "find my account number" link, then enter the statement balance from the prior two months and click Next. The city said customers may also accept an emailed invitation from noreply_waterbilling@gptx.org and click the green Register button to reach the enrollment form.
Once enrolled, the portal offers a quick tour accessed via an icon at the top right, pre-authorized payment setup and paperless billing options. Customers can view current balances, make one-time payments without logging in by using a valid account number and ZIP code, and start move-in or move-out service through portal prompts. "We hope you enjoy our new water utility customer portal," Staff member 1 said.
