The San Antonio Historic and Design Review Commission approved the minutes from its Sept. 3, 2025 meeting and carried a consent agenda at its Sept. 17, 2025 meeting.
The commission voted unanimously to adopt the Sept. 3 minutes. The body also passed the consent agenda; staff said certificates of appropriateness for 430 East Commerce and 103 West Magnolia will be prepared and emailed within 10 days.
Several items were removed from consent for discussion later in the meeting, including multiple signage requests and three digital sign pilot cases.
The votes to approve the minutes and consent agenda were recorded as unanimous among commissioners present.
