Opposition at the meeting was limited, and staff reported that of the notices sent, 28 were delivered with three in favor and none in opposition within the immediate notice area; outside the 200‑foot notice area there were 11 in favor and one opposed. The councilmember identified with this item’s district said the applicant had worked with the office and neighbors and offered the amended plan for approval.
