The actions were taken at a regular session that began at 10 a.m.; the court later entered executive session at about 10:08 a.m. and adjourned at approximately 10:35 a.m. Motions on the listed items carried with no recorded opposition during the meeting.
The measures were presented as routine county business. "I represent line item transfers in the amount of 240,356 and budget amendments in the amount of $8,726 and ask for your approval," said Ms. Boyd during the auditor's report. The court approved those transfers and amendments following a motion by Commissioner Rackler and a second from Commissioner Corley.
