MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — At its Sept. 11 meeting the Rutherford County Board of Commissioners approved a series of resolutions, confirmations and elections including a resolution supporting two proposed freestanding emergency facilities, a rezoning request for a Chestnut Valley subdivision expansion and a county school‑system land purchase totaling $12,985,600.
