Forensic center groundbreaking complete; foundation pouring to begin, contractor says

"All in all, the project is progressing well," a county project presenter said. The presenter also pointed to nearby site elements including the clerk's office and a convenience center pad and said the contractor will begin foundation excavation and concrete work the next day.
