Separately, the council considered Resolution 63-86, an agreement with Mike Morgan Industrial, LLC for a “down road remediation” project at a cost of $245,701; that measure failed on a 3-2 vote and is reported on in a separate item.
These approvals will be reflected in city procurement and travel schedules; the FAA grant acceptance will be processed by airport and city staff as described in the resolution.
