Earlier in the meeting staff announced that Donna Ware and Thomas Carano would not be in attendance and that alternate Deborah Shellenberger would be voting during the meeting. Staff also noted that on Aug. 12 the city council appointed Frank Trinkle as a regular member of the Natural Resource Board.
At the end of the agenda a member moved to adjourn and another member seconded; the board voted "Aye," and the meeting was declared adjourned.
