Public commenter urges more native-plant volunteer programs; raises solar maintenance concerns

Osborne said he is organizing a volunteer seminar on Sept. 13 to recruit people for beach cleanups and other environmental projects and recommended the board consider volunteer-focused outreach items as new-business entries in future meetings.
