In addition to Lawrence’s confirmation, the resolution declares Terrence Adkins elected to City Council District 1; Michelle Gray King elected to the Board of Education District 1; Carlton McMasters elected to City Council District 3; and Barry Bullard elected to City Council District 5. Where no candidate received a majority in District 4, the council ordered the runoff between Sarah French and Pam Wersler, the two candidates who received the highest vote totals.
City staff read precinct tape returns aloud during the canvass.
