Planning commission approves corrected plat for Hidden Lakes West Phase 4B

The applicant returned with an amended plat to correct those positions. Staff recommended approval with conditions: replace required buffer plantings along West Point Parkway or submit an alternative buffer plan; provide sidewalks on one side of the street; and locate all utilities underground.
Commissioners closed the public hearing (no speakers) and approved the plat by motion to accept staff recommendations.
Why it matters: Corrected plats ensure lot lines match surveyed markers and protect title and development rights for lot purchasers. The conditions preserve streetscape, pedestrian access and underground utility standards in the planning jurisdiction.
