Vote: 4–0 in favor (ayes: 4; nays: 0). Outcome: approved.
2) TIF withdrawal for Bow Mills study — Approved Motion: Withdraw $30,007.35 from the business-quarter TIF district funds for the feasibility study. Vote: 4–0 in favor. Outcome: approved.
3) Adopt Town of Bow Human Services guidelines — Approved Motion: Adopt the Town of Bow Human Services guidelines as presented. Vote: 4–0 in favor. Outcome: approved.
4) Approve Consent Agenda — Approved Motion: Approve the consent agenda. Vote: 4–0 in favor. Outcome: approved.
5) Approve meeting minutes (08/12/2025) — Approved Motion: Approve the meeting minutes from 08/12/2025. Vote: 4–0 in favor. Outcome: approved.
6) Adopt new paragraph in Chapter 154-3 (Streets and Sidewalks) — Approved Motion: Insert new paragraph b into chapter 154-3 requiring Select Board permission for construction, excavation, clearing, dredging or underground utility work on Class 6 public rights-of-way, except DPW work, and renumber sections accordingly. Vote: 4–0 in favor. Outcome: approved.
7) Approve scenic-road tree removals, Putney Road — Approved Motion: Approve removal of 13 dead trees marked on Putney Road (scenic road designation) by the Department of Public Works. Vote: 4–0 in favor. Outcome: approved.
8) Appoint alternate library trustee (Margaret Burns) — Approved (amended motion) Motion: Appoint Margaret Burns as an alternate library trustee (final motion removed a fixed term pending legal confirmation). Vote on amended motion: 5–0 in favor. Outcome: approved.
9) Enter nonpublic session under RSA 91-A — Approved (roll call) Motion: Enter nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3 II. Roll-call votes recorded as aye by board members; motion carried.
