Doyle said the group has been accepting memorial donations since 2016 in honor of Dan Motel and held multiple fundraisers between 2017 and 2023 to build the fund. She thanked the board for past and ongoing work at the 3 Bears site and delivered the donation during the presentation portion of the meeting.
The board accepted the donation; no conditions or follow-up tasks were recorded in the meeting minutes.
