Mr. Martin opposes,” the clerk recorded, and the committee chair announced the tally: “We have 4 yeses and 1 no, so we will deny the conditional use permit.”
Romero, who has operated from the property since 1978 and described recent cleanup and maintenance to council members, asked the committee to permit an office across the street and parking for company vehicles.
