Several residents said the developer—s current request for 53 townhome units on roughly 4.6 acres would produce more traffic than local roads can handle and would worsen existing stormwater problems. Christina Nelms Trautner of 107 Triple Crown Run said neighbors already struggle with heavy traffic, overflowing parking at the nearby DMV and roadway damage. "Fifty-three units is way too much to try to squeeze into that one little area," Trautner said during public comments.
