The board discussed Veterans Day and election-day conflicts and agreed to move the November meeting date; the final approved schedule includes meeting dates listed by the chair. The motion carried.
Adjourn Lauren Gilbert Smith moved to adjourn; David Kittner seconded. The motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
