The Huber Heights Planning Commission voted to table until Oct. 14 a minor change request from ABC Supply for a fenced delivery staging and parking area at 7477 Old Troy Pike (case MC 25‑18). The applicant was not present for the meeting.
City planner Aaron Sorel described the site as roughly 7.7 acres in a planned commercial district and said the company seeks to enclose a northeast triangular corner of the property where it currently stages deliveries and parks its flatbed trucks. Sorel said the area occupies the same footprint previously used for temporary outdoor storage that the city cleared in December 2022 when outdoor storage had expanded beyond what was allowed.
