White Bear Lake district previews back-to-school events, updates construction and enrollment

Dr. Kazmierczak corrected a slide that previously listed the parade as Sept. 25 to confirm the parade is Sept. 26.
The convocation held that morning was described as well attended and energetic, with teacher-of-the-year Carla Triggs highlighted for her remarks. The district also noted that Sunrise Park now houses the senior center, which has been using the space for a few weeks.
Board members asked clarification questions about the parade date and thanked staff for the preparations. The presentation did not include a new budget figure or staffing count attached to the events or construction timelines.
