Commissioner Stacy said the court has approved phases 2 and 3 of the sheriff's remodel and that the project is currently delayed by permitting issues. Staff and the engineer have been working with the reviewer (Bureau Veritas) to resolve outstanding permit items; Commissioner Stacy said resolution was expected this week and that the full remodel is projected to finish next summer if permitting proceeds.
