Engineer's highlights included an Auditor's beginning balance of $5,271,847.40 in the Secondary Roads Fund and total receipts of $11,188,345.18 for the fiscal period referenced in the packet. The engineer reported total expenditures of $10,176,597.49 in categories that included administration and engineering ($800,081.65), construction ($1,318,115.37), roadway maintenance ($4,591,959.10), new equipment ($1,578,394.06) and equipment operations ($1,692,224.42). The reported unobligated balance after obligations was $2,473,561.17 and the auditor's reported ending balance was $6,283,595.09.
