Council approves consent calendar after brief questioning about vehicle procurement bid

Council member Dan Coops made the motion to approve the consent calendar, and Mayor Pro Tem Sonny Santinez seconded it. The council approved the consent calendar by voice vote "without objection," and the meeting moved on to council reports.
Council members also noted that item 14(c) had been pulled for McNerney's question; staff provided the explanation on the record during the consent discussion.
