Board to reference Indiana law for reproductive-health curriculum; district will start instruction in fifth grade

Trustees also corrected the draft's stated grade level for starting the instruction: staff confirmed the district begins this component in fifth grade, and the policy language was amended to reflect that.
The change is procedural: the board will reference Indiana Code 20-30-5-13 in its policy and have staff implement any curricular details through administrative practice, as required by statute. Staff will confirm whether the draft has already completed first reading and return it for any required subsequent action.
