Laura said the project has completed phase 2 (vision, themes and goals) and is entering phase 3, a strategy brainstorming and vetting stage. "We are right now at the end of phase 2 of comprehensive plan. And so I just wanted to update the board and give a little review of, what we're up to in phase 3," she said.
