The Lakeville Zoning Board of Appeals on Jan. 17 approved a special permit allowing used-car sales (up to 10 vehicles) at 67 Main Street, a property owned by David A. Rose.
David A. Rose told the board he bought the former John Ryder building and has opened a small used-car lot. He said the lot is commercially zoned and he previously received a dealer’s license from the Board of Selectmen, but needed the ZBA special permit to place 10 unregistered vehicles for sale along the Main Street frontage.
