Adams County approves final ARPA home-improvement invoices for three applicants

The Adams County Board of Supervisors approved final payments to three applicants in the county RPA-funded Home Improvement Project, saying the work is complete and recipients are satisfied.
Vanessa Miff of Southwest Planning told the board that construction was finished for all applicants and that the office has invoices ready for payment. She provided line-item amounts for each application and said the program has an $881 remaining balance that Southwest Planning will return to the county.
The board approved payment after a motion and second. Vanessa Miff identified the three final applicants as Flora Burns, Joe Washington and Dylan Pressgrove. Burns—illed $4,720 for labor plus $150 for the final inspection and $150 developer fee. Washington—illed $4,916 for labor plus $150 inspection and $150 administration fee. Pressgrove—illed $5,800 for labor plus $150 inspection and $150 developer fee. That leaves the program with a remaining $881 balance, Miff said; she said Southwest Planning will return that balance to the county.
Board members thanked Southwest Planning for administering the ARPA grant and moved to pay the invoices as presented. The motion carried.
The board recorded the payments as the conclusion of the second round of ARPA home-improvement funding administered through Southwest Planning.
The county did not provide further breakdowns of the overall program budget or the number of total program applicants at this meeting.
