Glades Course design services: Staff described a proposed contract with Kimley‑Horn and Associates to provide engineering design, permitting and construction administration for the Glades Course at Colony West Golf Course. The contract total presented was $483,000: $331,500 for design, $151,500 for construction administration and engineering services during construction, and a 5% contingency of $24,150.…
