Huber Heights City Council on Sept. 8 unanimously approved an ordinance to make supplemental appropriations for the 2025 fiscal year and passed a series of resolutions authorizing personnel rule changes, accepting grant agreements, increasing purchase limits for fire and fleet maintenance, pursuing public works funding and contracting for equipment and landscape services.
The supplemental appropriation ordinance was approved after the council waived a second reading and adopted the measure 8‑0. City Manager John Russell said the increases “are covered by matching grants notes and fire department insurance deposits.”
