Council tables draft facility-use/association agreement for youth sports to Parks Board for review

Parks staff said the Parks Board had not yet had a chance to review the draft; the Parks Board meets on the fourth Thursday of each month and staff requested council send the draft to that board for review.
Council agreed to table the item for formal action and to return it to the council after the Parks Board reviews the draft at its September meeting. Staff members Jessica and Pratt were present for the briefing and offered to gather edits from the Parks Board and stakeholders.
