At its meeting the Saucon Valley School District Board of School Directors recorded the following formal actions and approvals by voice votes unless otherwise noted.
Highlights
- Approved minutes of the Aug. 12, 2025 meeting. (Motion moved and seconded; approved by voice vote.) - Approved presentation of bills. (Motion moved and seconded; approved by voice vote.) - Approved treasurer’s report. (Motion moved and seconded; approved by voice vote.) - Approved two education items presented for approval: Policy 8-27 and adjudication. (Motion moved and seconded; approved by voice vote.) - Personnel: Two teachers received tenure (Miss Reyes and Miss Sparling); the board congratulated them. The agenda included eight personnel approvals presented as a single slate: board secretary appointment; kindergarten long-term substitute; full-time paraprofessionals; 2025–26 day-to-day substitutes; 2025–26 mentors; 2025–26 athletic coaches; 2025–26 co‑curricular positions; and a paraprofessional resignation. The slate was approved by voice vote. - Facilities: Approved school‑affiliated organizations (SAOs) as presented.
