Perkiomen Valley administrators reviewed Policy 322 (Gifts) and the committee accepted the administration's recommendation that no changes to the policy language were necessary at this time.
Administrators reported they had asked the solicitor to define "nominal value" as requested at a prior meeting; the definition was provided and presented to the committee. Based on that review, administration recommended no revisions to the underlying policy. "Based on what has been provided, we're recommending that no revisions to the current policy language are recommended at this time," Ryan Moran said.
Committee members had no objections and moved on to subsequent policy reviews.
Action: no revision to Policy 322 was recommended by administration and the committee accepted that recommendation.
