Revere City zoning subcommittee gives favorable recommendation to ADU ordinance corrections

Roll call on a motion to offer a favorable recommendation recorded Councilor Egencio, Councilor Greeno Sawaya, Councilor Novoselski and Chairman Zambuto voting yes. Councilor Jaramillo was absent. The subcommittee chair announced, "Yes. The ordinance has received a favorable recommendation." The Planning Board had earlier given the city council a favorable recommendation for adoption, according to the meeting record.
The ordinance is described in the agenda as "further amending the zoning ordinances relative to minor corrections to the accessory dwelling unit zoning ordinance." The subcommittee did not record any amendments to the proposed language at this meeting. The next step is consideration of the ordinance by the full Revere City Council.
