Auditor Miss Williams presented the transfers and claims; she presented the TCDRS rate change and described it as the required employer contribution rate. The county clerk explained the preservation and technology funds are user-fee funded accounts established by the Legislature and that the submitted plans allow the clerk to continue preserving older records without drawing on the general fund. All listed motions were approved with recorded voice votes; the court recorded no oppositions on these items during the meeting.
