Fort Bend launches 'Fort Bend Helps' to connect residents with county services

County partnerships named in the interview include 2-1-1 Texas, United Way and Fort Bend County Health and Human Services. George said the county also coordinates with the Office of Emergency Management and local EMS, and is making content available in multiple languages to reflect the county’s diversity.
George said the program will be updated over time to add content driven by community need and that residents can contact county offices, follow Fort Bend County on social media or find material on YouTube. He said the county’s approach is intended to improve prevention, access and equity by helping people get assistance earlier so they can “thrive in school and stay healthier.”
