Osseo board holds first readings of multiple policies; removes option to name facilities for people

The Osseo Area Schools Board of Education conducted first readings of a range of policies at its regular meeting on Aug. 26, 2025, and directed the materials be posted for a month of public comment before a potential vote next month.
Amy Moore, general counsel, led the review and told the board the policy packet would be posted "on the website for a month for feedback from our community" and that items would return for a vote in September. "The 200 series are part of what we will be going through, which are board policies," Moore said.
