- Approve minutes of commissioner meetings for May 1, May 15, July 3, July 10, July 17 and July 24, 2025. - Approve the consent agenda (includes warrants, internships for Bishop Guilfoyle High School, Penn State and Saint Francis University students, ECMS submission invoice #14 part 1 to Keller Engineers for $4,869.93, and employment status items). - Ratify submission of the PCCD RASA subgrant 45162-2 for $95,016 covering Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2026. - Approve an Affordable Housing Trust Fund disbursement not to exceed $5,000 for exterior scraping and painting at 203 East Fourth Ave., Altoona. - Approve execution of the 2025 certification form for the county abatement account (estimated distribution about $712,000) and authorize Commissioner Kesting to execute the form. - Approve six judicial-sale title-search and bring-down service agreements (and after-hours access agreements) with law firms for completion by Dec. 23, 2025; staff stated approximately 513 properties were scheduled for the Sept. 17 sale. - Adjourn meeting; next meeting scheduled for Sept. 11, 2025 at 10 a.m.
