Galloy said the report shows $2.7 million distributed through CDBG and HOME programs and summarized the county’s homeless crisis response system contracts, which include outreach, shelter, rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing and prevention rent assistance. “Since this report is for the entire fiscal year, most of the percent achieved and percent spent will be at or around 100%,” she said.
