Oxnard staff recommends $2.59 million contract for Mandalay Bay West Hemlock seawall repairs

The recommendation, presented by KJ May, public works senior construction project manager, would include a 10% construction contingency of $221,091 and $154,764 for engineering, inspection, survey and project management (EISPM). Staff said the total not-to-exceed construction value including contingency would be $2,432,001 and the full project cost including EISPM is $2,586,765.
