The commission approved two preliminary subdivision plats on Sept. 3: Stone Lake Phase 6 (approximately 31.97 acres, 35 lots) and Magnolia Crossing Blocks 9–10 (approximately 21.69 acres, 26 lots).
Kendall (staff) presented both plats. He said each had been reviewed by the Technical Advisory Committee on Aug. 7 and staff recommended approval subject to TAC conditions and all subdivision and development regulation requirements. Kendall noted Tulsa County releases would be required before final plat approval.
No applicants or public speakers appeared for Stone Lake Phase 6. For Magnolia Crossing Blocks 9–10 there were also no speakers; a commissioner asked staff to submit larger plan exhibits at future hearings so the commission could better view plat details.
Motions to approve each plat per staff recommendations passed. The transcript does not record roll‑call tallies.
Final plat approval will require fulfillment of TAC conditions, county sign‑offs and completion of required public infrastructure reviews.
