Staff reported no ex parte communications or site visits to disclose for these items; no members of the public spoke in favor or opposition during the consent call. Commissioner Campbell moved to approve the consent agenda; Commissioner Eddins seconded. The roll call returned six votes in favor and the consent items were approved.
