The petitioner, Linda Jenkins Smith, represented by a family member, said the overlay would allow the family to place a modular home so they could live on the existing farm without traveling long distances. Commissioners discussed the size of the lot and found it “more than adequate” for the requested overlay.
Commissioner Martino moved to recommend approval and Commissioner Arcement seconded; the motion carried.
