Airport change order Change order number 1 for the airport project (reconstruct hangar taxi lanes, Airport Drive and a parking lot) was approved. The change adds approximately 742 square yards of seal coat to the work and increases the city's cost by about $5,300. Staff said the cost will be split between the FAA AIP grant and the SD DOT grant and that both agencies reviewed and deemed the change eligible for grant cost share; the city's share this year is 2.5% (about $133).
Other actions The commission approved consent items, accepted staff updates, and moved into executive session at the end of the public meeting.
