- Approved permanent easement agreements needed for traffic-signal pole installation at three Main Street intersections; properties signing agreements were Erie Community Theater (NE corner Main & Seventh), CJG Properties LLC (NW corner Main & Seventh) and Casey’s Retail Company (SE corner Main & First). Staff said the concrete bases will require roughly 30 days to cure before poles are installed.
- Approved an Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grant agreement for design work on Runway 18-36 reconstruction. The Federal Aviation Administration’s participation listed in the staff report is $299,250, or 95% of the total design fee. Staff recommended authorizing the mayor to sign the agreement.
